Yet another work-sponsored event >>> hott. The culmination of the model search was here, even though the music and liquor flowed far into the night, long after the four models had been crowned. The venue is pretty sick, but it reminded me of Studio 54; big dance floor + bar on the ground floor and then a balcony with serious sketchy potential. Which can be fun, depending on where you find yourself and whether you're trying to have a 54 night or no. The worst part was making my way to the club - there's simply no easy way to walk there; the best part was either a. the bar upstairs where our wonderful CFO opened up a tab for we employees (fortunate, as drinks are $9 and up) or b. when the smokers among us were corralled into a 9 x 9 pen outside.
